International Day for People of African Descent

In 2021, the United Nations proclaimed the first International Day for People of African Descent as a way of promoting the contributions of the African diaspora around the world. At Stylecards, we particularly wanted to highlight healthcare workers of African descent. Their enormous work during a global pandemic isn’t recognized or as acknowledged as much as it should be. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear scrubs.
