Just a quick post since I haven’t updated in over a month…

The Review Haiku will probably start up on this blog again sometime in October. I want to wait until there are sixty to post, but there are slightly less than fifty now. Review Haiku reruns can be found here.

This semester I’m taking Basic Chinese I. I keep telling myself that one of these days I’ll learn a foreign language well enough to become fluent, or at least fluent enough to read the newspapers and follow a movie without subtitles.

Studying Chinese isn’t necessarily harder than studying other languages, but it is a bit different. I’ll write about it some more in the future. It calls for a more in depth post than this one.
