A little bit ago I saw this site had reached the first page of results on Google when looking for review haiku. However, when I searched for haiku review the site didn’t appear at all – at least, not in the first 20 pages of results that I checked. Since the search had no quotation marks, Google didn’t have to look for the words in a specific order, so I thought the site might have made an earlier showing. Guess not.
On the other hand, there are lots of people out there doing reviews in the form of haiku. Movie reviews. Book reviews. Music Reviews. Electronics reviews. There was even a review of a resturant named Haiku.
When using the term, I wanted something catchy and short. Some movies have long titles and tacking on a long phrase would make them longer. Still, the term review haiku has some ambiguity. It could be review of haiku or review in haiku. Haiku review has the same ambiguity, but to me it hints more strongly at a review of haiku, rather than a review in haiku form.
